Answer: We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your land for any reason, you can exchange it for another parcel within 60 days no questions asked! Money that you’ve already paid will go towards your new property. If there is a balance owed, you can pay the difference or continue to make payments through our financing program.
